Regulators in France (CNIL) and Italy (Garante) have issued new guidance requiring recipients' prior consent for email open and click tracking on marketing and prospecting emails.
Since you’ve sent tracked emails to recipients in these countries, make sure to review your tracking settings and confirm you've obtained any required consent ahead of the compliance dates — France: July 14, 2026; Italy: October 28, 2026.
In Apollo, you can turn off email open/click tracking at the user-level, for yourself or if you’re an admin for your users, at Settings > Deliverability suite > Mailboxes.
Please review your settings and confirm that your practices align with applicable laws.
