Every submission is scored on three criteria: Business Viability, AI-Native Operations, and Category Impact. The core requirement: your business operates with AI in one of the five categories — run by AI agents and using at least one Google Cloud product. Make sure your 3-minute video, written narrative, and evidence show that clearly.

- Your demo video, written narrative, revenue evidence, and P&L take most teams several hours to pull together. Don't leave them for the last night.
